  "Hello! I just wanted to tell both of you thank you for a wonderfully planned vacation in London.  I know we still have one full day here, but I did not want time to slip by without me saying how much fun we have all had here.  Thank you for all of the time and effort you put into planning our time here.  Thank you especially for Paula and Nigel.  They have been amazing!  There has not been a single moment where I wished I was doing something else or was with someone else.  They are both incredibly kind, always wearing a smile, and loved by my children and me.  Nigel has been exactly where we needed him exactly when we needed him.  He has made traveling between places completely painless and easy.  Paula made every day a delight.  We never waited in a single line (even in places where we really could have been a bit stuck).  She knew her audience and always made certain to keep the information entertaining and point out all of the good toilets (very important with 3 children).  I know you know they are great; otherwise, you would have never set us up with them.  I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your listening to me and my concerns.  My children have had gluten-free pasta every nigh!!.  The neighborhood we are in is so much fun to explore!  Our room is comfortable, and the staff here is fantastic.  I cannot say enough good things.  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you.  I am loving our vacation!" - Mrs A.D (MA, USA)  July 2018
